Christmas goodies

Santa treated me very well this year, including bringing me an HD digital camcorder which is crazy awesome. Among other things, I got clothes, games, candles, water bottles, cash, and gift cards. My list was well-cleared! Also, and not as a gift, I was given a ton of knitting supplies (including double-pointed needles!), crochet hooks, and a partially completed afghan from Fiance's grandma. I hope to finish the afghan by next Christmas... We'll see how that goes.

I contributed to the holiday spirit by making goodies. These included:

-chocolate and peanut butter fudge

-buckeyes

-spicy rum balls (first time!)

-cookies [chocolate chip with reese peanut butter cups; chocolate chip w/ chocolate chunks; white chocolate chip; chocolate with peanut butter chips (and peanut butter and milk chocolate swirl chips); and chocolate with chocolate chips and chunks]

-banana nut bread (small loaves)

I also made reindeer cookies with my nieces. These are super easy, super clean, and it's fun to eat the decorations as you work. And, as you can see, I have one niece who is very creative and makes alien reindeer.
